Internships

In addition to full-time roles for graduates and experienced industry professionals, we also offer internships and placements to academically able undergraduates who are considering a career in financial technology, giving students the opportunity to put theory into practice and gain an accurate inside look into TIM Group’s work style, technical teams, culture and an idea of life in a commercial environment.

Whether your interest lies in software development or more business-oriented roles, as an intern at TIM Group you will work on real projects through their entire life-cycle, from conception to completion.  While you will always have the support of experienced colleagues, you will also be given ownership of the project you’re working on.

Typical internship roles include:

Business analysts

• Liaise with clients
• Feed into the development process
• Support end-users
• Produce client reports

Developers

• Complete new features and designs to schedule
• Make bug fixes
• Assist in architectural design

Graduate programme

If you’re interested in a role at the very hub of the trading and investment communities, then consider our graduate scheme. As a graduate employee at TIM Group, you will gain an in-depth understanding of all areas of the business, from development through support and operations to sales, during a three-month induction programme.

Following this initial period, we will work with you to choose which of the following teams you will join, depending on your interests and abilities:

You will have the opportunity to define your initial role, to make a real and active contribution to projects of your choice, and shape your future career path within the company as you progressively take on more responsibility.
