Server Move

Improved robustness and flexibility for the HIP as servers move to a new location

We are pleased to announce that our HIP servers have been successfully transferred to a new host location, providing a higher level of both physical and environmental resiliency.

The move also gives us the ability to manage our service directly, meaning that we will have greater flexibility to expand our infrastructure and respond to system enhancement requests quickly.
